Paestum and Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese


If you wish to see real ancient Greek temples, Paestum is your place!

Not well known like  the ones in Agrigento or Athens, but incredibly preserved the Temples of Paestum were made by The Greek during the 7th century BC. At that time, Paestum was the biggest trading colony of Magna Grecia (Southern Italy), on the coastal line of Tyrrhenian Sea. It was a place of great trading but also an important site for religion. Nowadays Paestum shows its beauty throughout three incredible temples dated 600-500 BC and the Archeological Museum where it is possible to admire ancient prehistoric and Greek graves.

After a drive to reach this incredible spot, during our tour It is possible to admire the beauty of Paestum and to discover its incredible history.

The tour may include a visit and lunch at a Dairy Farm where buffalo mozzarella and burrata cheese are produced.

Start/Finish Time: Full Day Bespoke Tour from 8am to 5pm ( 2 hrs to get to Paestum by transfer and 2 hrs to come back).

Sites Visit: Greek Temples of Paestum, Archeolgical Museum of Paestum with a certified guide and Mozzarella Farm.

Kids/Family friendly. Wear good walking shoes.
